ABOUT US

OCHOA Interior Architecture (OIA), was established as an Interior Design and Project Management consulting practice in 2011.  Since that time, we have collaborated on commercial and residential projects with architects, developers, general contractors, real estate professionals, property managers, and directly with our clients and their consultants.  

 

Today, OIA, still brings pragmatic, yet, creative vision to each unique client's projects. We celebrate the pluralism that is present in the great city of Chicago and all of the surrounding suburbs, so no two projects look alike. 

Additionally, OIA, works on commercial projects as well as residential including: retail, health & wellness, restaurants, hospitality, religious, education, office spaces, & tenant build-outs, etc...  We assist with commercial clients with their branding, and strategic planning  master plans & feasibility studies, budget estimating,  architectural design & construction documents, art installations, furniture & equipment inventories, punch list production, permits expediting, and real estate staging for interiors & developing appealing exteriors.
